Using VoidMail
These terms apply to this temporary-email service operated under the VoidMail name. Use the service only if you can lawfully accept these terms and comply with the laws and third-party rules that apply to you. Contact the service team through support@voidmail.in or our contact form.
What an inbox provides
Temporary inboxes receive email; they do not send messages or replies. Delivery depends on the sender, DNS, network and server availability. Some websites reject temporary addresses. We do not guarantee receipt, uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular address or recovery after expiry.
Follow the timer displayed with your inbox. At publication the default lifetime is 60 minutes and the maximum is 240 minutes. Save anything you need before expiry. Ended or expired addresses may become available to someone else after a reuse cooldown, currently 24 hours. Do not use these addresses for banking, purchases, identity documents, medical information or accounts you must recover later.
Access and account security
Private inboxes rely on their access credentials. Protect them like passwords; do not share inbox access links on public sites. Public-mode inboxes can be opened by address. An inbox address alone does not prove exclusive ownership. If accounts are available, provide accurate information and use an email address you control for recovery. Keep passwords and connected-provider accounts secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful material, unauthorized account access, evasion of another service's protections, or infringement of others' rights. Do not attack the infrastructure, bypass access controls or rate limits, guess inbox credentials or overwhelm shared resources. Automation must use permitted interfaces within the published limits. Messages and third-party content
Senders are responsible for their messages. Links and attachments can be unsafe, inaccurate or unlawful; their presence is not our endorsement. Check a destination before opening it. Downloaded email files are reconstructed from stored content and may differ from the original transmission. You remain responsible for your use of received content and for respecting the sender's and others' rights.
Service changes and restrictions
We may change features, limits or domains, perform maintenance, or restrict addresses and accounts to protect the service or comply with law. We may remove content and suspend access for misuse. Where practical, we will explain a restriction and consider an appeal through the contact form; urgent security or legal action may occur without advance notice. Ending an inbox or account does not erase copies held by other parties.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, cleanup and backup limits. Our Support Policy explains how to report an issue. This public service does not include a guaranteed response time or service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing.
Software purchases
These service terms do not grant a license to redistribute the VoidMail software. A software purchase, if offered, is governed by the license, support entitlement and refund process stated at the actual checkout or marketplace. Do not pay an unverified party claiming to sell access on our behalf.
Responsibility and disputes
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise that it will meet every need or prevent all loss, malicious content or interruption. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights that apply in your country. Contact us first with a dispute so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator available under applicable law.
Changes
We will publish revised terms here with an updated effective date and communicate material changes where appropriate. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and save any content you need before its expiry. Contact us through support@voidmail.in or our contact form.
