Get the code. Keep the context.
Verification codes are useful shortcuts. The message around them still matters.
Verification emails should help you finish a task, not make you hunt through a paragraph of numbers. VoidMail looks for likely codes near verification-related wording and offers a quick copy action when it finds one.
Match the message to your task
Open the email and check the sender, subject and time. A code is only useful if it belongs to the service and action you just requested. The detector is a heuristic; it can miss a code or pick the wrong number. The message is your source of context.
If several codes arrive, use the latest valid message from the service. Never give a code to someone who contacts you unexpectedly, and avoid following a link merely because its message arrived in your inbox.
Read links before opening them
Email HTML is sanitized and isolated from the application. External links are listed separately so you can review their destination before continuing. That review is a chance to spot an unfamiliar hostname; it is not a guarantee that the destination is safe.
If a message asks for a password, payment or another sensitive action, return to the service through a route you already trust.
Keep only what you need
Download a relevant attachment or export the email before the inbox expires. Files you download remain on your own device until you remove them. VoidMail is receive-only, so sending a reply requires a separate email service.
